I've been trying to view some videos but something is wrong - they keep stopping and starting all the time. So I'll have to get the Helpdesk people to look at my PC. Also, I have to borrow a headset from my pod partner - fortunately she's happy to lendt them to me whenver I need them. Everyone doing the course will have to have access to a headset. (Also needed for viewing/listening to Lee Lefever's excellent little videos.)
Vidoes would be a great way to introduce clients to the library -using the catalogue, for research skills, using various databases, showing them around the library, exhibitions etc.
